International Children’s Festival of Folk Art in Bačko Petrovo Selo

The festival is organized by the local Tiszamente Közművelődési és Népművészeti Egyesület (cultural organization).

Folk dance groups from several local and Hungarian cultural organizations also take part in this event. They will also perform at the gala inside the theater. The procession of folk dancers though the town center is one of the main parts of the event. Guests can join crafts workshops in the theater yard, where they can try felting, beading, and creating souvenirs from different materials.
