Capriolo Farm with its rich and varied offer is a great place for lovers of quality food and wine, as well as for tourists who want to hunt.
At the exit from Bačka Topola to Bečej, there is Capriolo Farm with a hunting lodge and a restaurant. This place provides conditions for resting and recreation. Guests can walk around an artificial lake with exotic fish; they can visit the mini zoo and walk through the garden with a hundred year old mulberry trees that serve many visitors for relaxation and refreshment with home-made “dudovača” (mulberry brandy). This countryside setting offers relaxation in modern, air-conditioned rooms featuring saunas, internet connection, cable TV and bathroom with shower. The restaurant was carefully designed to keep its texture preserved. Friendly staff of the restaurant recommends the specialty of the house – venison stew from Topola, which is cooked at low heat and served with orange jam. Traditional Vojvodina dishes are cooked in earthen stoves. In addition to these specialties, they offer “barack pálinka”, i.e. apricot brandy, as well as red wines from Eger or from Čoka. The entire region has long been known for hunting tourism, and Capriolo Farm takes a special place in this type of offer, being the favourite destination for fans of hunting. The farm has a great experience in organising seasonal hunting, with the possibility of lodging for hunting dogs, too.
