The Than Memorial House is located in the centre of Bečej. It is dedicated to the life and accomplishments of the siblings Károly and Mór. Károly is known as one of the founders of modern chemistry, whilst Mór is a significant figure of the 19th century Hungarian painting scene. His paintings are on display in the Opera House of Budapest, The National Museum, and the Vigadó. The Memorial House has 28 scientific interactive games including the Mysteries of the Bermuda Triangle, Mirror Writing, Hyperbolic hole, and Hole on the Road. The fine art exhibition in the Memorial House collects reproductions of Than Mór's paintings. Visitors can also see the exhibition of chemical materials and the exhibition called Mathematics and Nature. There are interesting programs and various events for those arriving.
