The aim of the association is to promote vine-growing and fruit growing in Vojvodina.

Association of Winemakers, Fruit and Vegetable Growers Kadarka in Bajša was founded in 2001. Its task is to increase the decreasing areas of indigenous grape varieties in Vojvodina and to improve the quality of local wines and rakija. Its members take part in a number of wine and rakija competitions, where they get excellent results. The association also holds similar events. On the last weekend of February, the rakija festival is organized, and on the first weekend of August it organizes a meeting of vineyard owners and winemakers.
