The joint venture of Sila Kft. and AgroDima Kft. began operating in 2014 with the aim of utilizing the 2.3-hectare field next to the chain factory.
The first step was the creation of a vineyard, around which the Dimalis Winery was later built, which has now become a popular community space in Bački Sokolac in the form of the wine house on Karcag Street.
The winery uses modern technology to produce fresh white and rosé wines with reductive methods, as well as barrel-aged red wines. The grapes are hand-picked, processed in a modern wine cellar, using the latest equipment for fermentation and bottling.
Our wine selection:
Rajnai Rizling: A light, dry white wine with rich citrus, green apple, and apricot aromas. Characterized by fresh, crisp acidity and a subtle fragrance.
Sauvignon Blanc: A particularly rich, refreshing white wine. Delights with elderflower, gooseberry, nettle, and grassy tones, occasionally with tropical fruit notes. Medium-bodied, with a pleasantly fruity character.
Kékfrankos Rosé: A dry wine with strawberry and raspberry notes, refreshing and pleasant with medium acidity.
Kékfrankos: A dry red wine, characterized by fresh fruit notes like cherry, raspberry, violet, and spices. It has medium tannins and pronounced acidity.
Cabernet Sauvignon: A full-bodied, dry red wine with a deep color and high alcohol content. Rich in black currant, blackberry, and dark chocolate notes.
The goal of Dimalis Winery is to enrich the region with quality wines and unique community experiences, combining traditional craftsmanship with the latest technology.
