Brindza Winery

Our small family winery team strives to showcase the unique potential of the grape varieties and vintages in our wines, without compromise, in the most natural and pure way possible. We believe that modern technology and artisanal precision are not mutually exclusive, and there is great strength in combining the two. This energy drives us forward toward exciting and new wines. Our winery operates in Vojvodina, in the heart of Northern Bačka, in Topolya, as part of a still-functioning farm. The winery includes 14 hectares of vineyards, as well as the Capriolo restaurant and guesthouse, where visitors can experience the fusion of tradition and modernity. In addition to wine production, we offer tours for wine lovers. Visitors can tour the vineyards and the winery, enjoy wine tastings, and use a tasting room that accommodates 70 people.
