Banatski Biser (Pearl of Banat)

Vineyard-tourist complex “Banatski Biser” – Pearl of Banat, provides a new type of tourism, wine tourism and catering.

Extending on 28 hectares, Pearl of Banat is a wine tourism site located in Ilandža near Alibunar. While vineyards comprise 16 hectares, the rest are tourist and recreational facilities. A lake with two islands and a geyser is also a part of it, with a total of 28 fishing platforms. It is surrounded by a pedestrian path dotted with benches to take a break from sightseeing. The lake is abundant with carp, so fishing enthusiasts can make use of the designated docks that can be approached via this little path. Tickets or licenses for fishing are half-day, daily, two-day and three-day. A part of the lake is a designated swimming area, along with a beach where there are parasols. Visitors can visit the winery to taste wines, opt for a bit of physical activity, or simply enjoy themesmerizing nature and homemade cuisine.
