“Népkör” Hungarian Cultural Center in Kula

Kula’s Népkör is a cultural center concerned with preserving valuable cultural features related to Hungarians of Vojvodina.

Kula's Népkör, established in 1868, is the first organization of Vojvodina Hungarians, and is home for several activities people participate in to express their creativity: a crafts workshop, choir, theater group, literary club, and fine arts club. These groups appear at the organization's events, such as Hagyományőrző Nap (Traditional Day). The Traditional Kőri-ball is held every year, where guests can enjoy a pleasant atmosphere guaranteed with tasty meals and live music.
