Vojvodina’s gastronomy is famous for its diversity, as the cuisines of many nations blend in the region. The locals have preserved and passed down the traditional ways of preparing dishes for centuries, following family recipes. One of these iconic dishes is sarma, a relative of Hungarian stuffed cabbage, but here it is prepared in special variations: wrapped in cabbage leaves, vine leaves, or spinach. The 11th Sarma Festival aims to celebrate this delicious dish and provide an opportunity for every visitor to taste it and even participate in cooking.
