Day 1 – Friday

Arrival: From 16:00 in the afternoon
Accommodation: Local guesthouse or bed & breakfast near Brindza Winery

Program:

• 18:00 – Wine-tasting dinner at Brindza Winery
Introduction to the local wine culture, presentation on the history of the winery and the winemaking process. Participants can taste special Brindza wines paired with local dishes. There will be time for casual conversations and preparation for the harvest the next day.

Day 2 – Saturday

Harvest day

• 06:00 – Early breakfast
A hearty breakfast made from fresh local ingredients to prepare participants for the harvest (one shot of homemade rakija for those who like it 😊).
• 07:00 – Harvest begins
Guests actively participate in the grape harvest and get hands-on experience with the harvesting process, including grape selection and pressing. With the help of expert winemakers, participants gain insight into all aspects of grape processing.
• 12:00 – Harvest lunch among the vines
A cozy outdoor lunch featuring local delicacies. After a break, the harvest continues.
• 16:00 – End of harvest and rest
After finishing work, return to the accommodation for rest. Optionally, a sightseeing walk around Bačka Topola can be arranged.
• 19:00 – Grand communal harvest dinner
Festive dinner with local dishes and wines at Brindza Winery. Participants can share their experiences and enjoy the joys of winemaking. Several local producers will showcase their products, and guests will have the chance to taste many local specialties. The evening could be enhanced with live music or traditional dances.

Day 3 – Sunday

Wellness and relaxation
• 09:00 – Breakfast
Relaxed breakfast at the accommodation.
• 10:00 – Wellness program
A rejuvenating morning with a wellness program that includes sauna, jacuzzi, and other relaxation activities. An ideal way to refresh and unwind after the harvest.
• 12:00 – Lunch
A light lunch with local dishes before guests depart.
• 14:00 – On the way home, an optional Art Nouveau city tour of Subotica is available.
