Day 1 – Thursday: Arrival in Zrenjanin

• Check-in at the hotel in the afternoon: Upon arrival in Zrenjanin, you’ll check into a cozy, historic accommodation. The hotel, located in the city center, is the perfect starting point for your exploratory tour.
• Zrenjanin walk, city tour: In the afternoon, you’ll take a pleasant walk to discover Zrenjanin’s attractions. The city boasts a rich historical past and stunning architectural masterpieces, such as the City Hall and the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. During the walk, you’ll gain insight into the vibrant life of the city and get to know the local culture and traditions.
• Dinner: The day concludes with a delicious dinner where you can taste local specialties at a traditional restaurant.

Day 2 – Friday: Heritage of the Bánát Ancestors and Bánát Wine

• Breakfast at the hotel: A fresh breakfast made from local ingredients will energize you for the day.
• The Legends of the Arac Pusta Church: After breakfast, we head to the Arac Pusta Church, one of the oldest and most mysterious architectural monuments in Bánát. During a walk among the abandoned ruins, you’ll learn about the church’s legends and discover this rare gem of medieval architecture.
• Csóka: The History of the Léderer Castle, Visit to the Winery: In Csóka, you’ll explore the fascinating history of the Léderer Castle, once home to the Léderer family and now the center of a local winery. The visit offers a glimpse into traditional winemaking, and you’ll have the chance to taste the region’s renowned wines.
• Zenta: Lunch at the Papuli Restaurant, Visit to the Réel Chocolate and Ice Cream Factory: In the early afternoon, we travel to Zenta, where we’ll enjoy a delicious lunch at the Papuli Restaurant. After lunch, we continue the day at the Réel Chocolate and Ice Cream Factory, where you can learn the secrets of handmade sweets and, of course, sample some of the delights.
• Padé: The History of the Schulhoff Castle: The day concludes in Padé, where the history of the Schulhoff Castle is revealed. This castle was once the estate of the Schulhoff family and hides many exciting stories within its walls.
• Return to Zrenjanin, Dinner: In the evening, we return to Zrenjanin, where you can unwind and enjoy a pleasant dinner.

Day 3 – Saturday: In the Footsteps of the Southern Bánát Aristocracy, Relaxation in Nature

• Breakfast at the hotel: A fresh breakfast with local delicacies prepares you for the day’s adventures.
• Southern Bánát Castle Tour: The morning is dedicated to exploring the castles of the Southern Bánát region. In Konak village, we visit the Daniel and Jagodic Castles, which are reminders of the local aristocracy’s golden age. In Óléc, we are welcomed by the Kapetan Castle, while in Hajducsica, the rich history of the Damaszkin and Dunderszki Castles comes to life.
• Zrenjanin: Lunch: We return to Zrenjanin for a traditional Bánát lunch.
• Emperor’s Lake Nature Reserve: Boat Ride, Walk: After lunch, we visit the Emperor’s Lake Nature Reserve, where you can enjoy the tranquility of the landscape on a boat ride, followed by a leisurely walk along the nature reserve’s trails.
• Écska: Lázár Castle, Dinner at the Castle Hotel: The day concludes with a visit to Écska, where the history of the Lázár Castle unfolds. Enjoy an elegant dinner in the castle’s grand atmosphere, followed by a restful night in the castle hotel.

Day 4 – Sunday: Departure

• Breakfast: After breakfast, we bid farewell to Bánát and begin our journey home, returning with rich experiences and memories.
