The Special Nature Reserve "Koviljsko-Petrovaradinski Rit" stretches right next to E75 highway, only 20 kms from Novi Sad. It is an exceptional nature reserve. About 5,000 hectares provide living space for many bird and fish species, and to valuable and rare plants. During the year many tourists visit the reserve. It is one of the best fishing spots on the Danube and a great excursion destination. Its area runs through a 1,000-meter-long nature trail, where you can explore the wildlife of the countryside. You can rent a boat or visit the outdoor ecological training center. The Kabol Monastery is a special part of Kabol-Pétervárad's meadow, which history dates back to the 13th century.
